A batch of interesting ‘scopes is on its’ way to join Cape Kaleidoscopes’ amazing range of work.
Temporary shutdown of workshop.
A burst water pipe has forced us to halt production temporarily. Duration not yet clear as it will involve digging up the floor. We have a lot of finished work on the shelves so our galleries’ stock can be maintained and we may well be able to supply what you are looking for without delay.
Galleries back in action and well stocked
All of our current stockists are back in operation post-lockdown and all have a good range of Kaleidoscopes to delight you.
Lockdown update
While UK galleries carrying our work are all closed, you can order kaleidsoscopes directly from us. Just use the “contact us” form or email directly. There is a link to a full list of our current range, with prices including UK postage, on the “Shop” page. We have carried out several interesting commissions for customers during the lockdown period.

Interesting commission
One of my best customers asked me to create something special. No brief, just a budget.
I came up with "Cassini", inspired by the eponymous spacecraft which is currently completing a 13-year exploration of Saturn and its' moons with a "Grand Finale" in which it orbits between the planet and its' rings before burning up in Saturn's atmosphere in September.
This unique kaleidoscope produces images resembling the planet and its' rings, seen from two different angles.
